The Aftercare.
To achieve the best results after your facial treatment, drink plenty of water to support lymphatic drainage and avoid direct sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours, using SPF afterward.
Refrain from saunas and intense workouts, and skip makeup for at least 6 to 12 hours. Instead, use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. For optimal results, repeat the treatment every 4 to 6 weeks, as your skin takes about 28 days to renew itself.
